Welcome to my website. Please take a few moments to scroll around through the painting, sculpture and inspiration pages. This site has been updated from the first site you may have visited, to one where I can come in and renew the information more often. It’s going to make me feel more compelled as an artist to let you know how this work of painting and sculpting happens.

With easy to get to headings like “inspirations” for example, you can read and see images that will be the basis of new artworks. I’ll try to show with photos, and explain in a few words how an idea or fleeting image is translated into a sculptural work, or painting.

I hope to edit these pages on a regular basis, to keep you posted on what’s new in my world of art.

You will find “links” and “galleries” that will take you to venues that represent and sell my art, or you can “contact” me at this site. I will gladly welcome your ideas and your own inspirations. It may not always be about art...you may get a glimpse into sailing on our beautiful coastal waterways...building motorcycles, or just roaming around White Rock, British Columbia seeking out those magical glimpses of life in the slow lane.

"Trilogy for Tomorrow" is the title of my newest sculpture. The photo to the right shows the clay model. This has been created in response to a commission bid request. The finished work will be in cast bronze, at slightly larger than lifesize. A major project to be sure! I'm also submitting a design I call "Dance Wish" for consideration as a second sculpture for installation next spring of 2009. A lot of work to be done yet.
